XVII NATIONAL REAL ESTATE  CONGRESS  WILL TAKE PLACE  IN CHELYABINSK, on June, 6 – 9, 2013.

The Congress is organized by the Russian Guild of Realtors and the Regional Guild of Realtors "South Ural" with the support of the FIABCI (World Federation of Real Estate Professionals ), Russian Chamber of Commerce,  Russian public organization "Business Russia", International Association of Housing and Mortgage Lending.
Over the years, National Real Estate Congress has become the leading professional forum which gathers market participants, representatives of authorities, scientific and expert communities.

Real Estate Market experts will have a chance to know more about the latest industry trends, best approaches and to exchange views with colleagues on critical issues of real estate activity.
Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR) was established in 1992 as a national organization of real estate market professionals, bringing together 60 regional associations. The main objective of RGR was and remains the development of a civilized Russian Real Estate market. All RGR members are bound by professional standards and the Code of Ethics.

In 2008 there was a significant event on the Regional Guild of Realtors "South Ural"- integration of two professional associations: CHRGR (founded in 1998) and YUUAR  (founded in 2004). Heads of the organization are: President-elect Hunanyan Arsen G. and the current executive director Hramtsova L.G. In 2010, the agreement on cooperation was signed between the Regional  Government and the Guild of Realtors. It was an exciting event for Real Estate market of South Ural. 2012-2013 President of the Regional Guild of Realtors "South Ural" is Korytniy V.M.

The presence of such a professional associations in the region helps to enhance the quality of services and to protect consumers from unscrupulous Real Estate Market players.

South Ural is one of input housing leaders on the territory of Russian Federation and a pioneer in the field of mortgage lending.

The Professional Recognition Competition 2013 will take place during the Congress.
